The Centre has submitted a proposal to the 15th Finance Commission for award of Rs 436 crore for installation of Justice Clocks in 3,350 court premises during 2020-25. The Justice Clock is an electronic LED display message board to show the ranking of all the high courts and the district and subordinate courts.
