Higher court judges retire young in India: SC

At a time when justice dispensation by the High Courts are challenged by an unprecedented crisis arising from an unsavoury cocktail of huge pendency of 57 lakh cases and nearly 40% vacancy in Judge strength, the Supreme Court hinted at increasing the retirement age of HC judges.
