Ahead of Union home minister Amit Shah’s two-day Kashmir visit starting October 4, the J&K Police cracked the twin Udhampur bus blasts case by arresting a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist along with IEDs, sticky bombs and other explosive materials.
