Supreme Court, law officers to aid of pregnant BTech student

The Supreme Court and government’s law officers on Thursday went beyond their call of duty to ensure succour to an unwed, pregnant BTech student after AIIMS held that termination of pregnancy with a fully developed fetus posed a threat to the mother and baby.
