Efforts to enhance energy and connectivity ties dominated the agenda of PM Narendra Modi’s meeting Thursday with his visiting Nepal counterpart PK Dahal Prachanda that saw the two countries sign seven agreements and launch six projects, including inauguration of new railway services.
