Manipuri people, both Meiteis and Pangals (Manipuri Muslims), have started fleeing Mizoram after an organization of former insurgents of Mizoram, Peace Accord MNF Returnees’ Association (Pamra), asked the Meiteis residing there to leave the state for “their own safety” on Friday.
